Risk Description
The lighter has the shape of fire extinguisher which is recognized as appealing to young children. It is therefore probable that a child will play with it and suffer burns due to the flame or cause a fire.The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2006/502 EC prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters.
