Risk Description

The mains cable can be connected to the pump in reverse, allowing the live pin to connect to the earth pin causing live parts to become accessible. The user could touch these accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.

Product Description

Circulating pump manufactured between 2017 and November 2024. Serial numbers beginning with S/N D32 11233b or earlier are affected, as well as batch numbers with prefixes beginning with S/N D32* or S/N C*.
