Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains a concentration of 710 mg/kg of 3.3'-d-dichlorobenzidine (aromatic amine). According to the Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, aromatic amines such as 3.3'-d-dichlorobenzidine should not be present in tattoo ink.
