Risk Description
The product has an excessive concentration of nicotine (measured value up to 50 mg/ml) and nicotine-containing liquid (declared volume: 54 ml). This can lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and may pose a risk to the safety of the user, particularly if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. Additionally, the product lacks appropriate information. As a consequence, consumers cannot make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
