Risk Description
One of the rattles of the activity play mat can easily break, generating small parts. A child may put them in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.

Product Description
Pool-like square play mat, with two flexible arches, on which can be hung 3 multi-coloured plastic rattles (1 of the rattles is a battery-operated musical toy) and 1 teething toy. The toy also includes 20 plastic balls of different colours with a diameter of 50 mm.
