Risk Description
Due to incorrect design, pedals may break or crack, resulting in a loss of bicycle's control, which can cause the user to fall and injure himself. Moreover, the vehicle has sharp edges (located in the holes in the vehicle structure through which the wires pass) and sharp protrusions (located at the ends of the plastic tension straps that fasten the wiring to the vehicle frame). This can cause cuts to the users during normal maintenance. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles nor with the European standard EN 15194.
