Risk Description
When using the voltage testers in daylight, the user cannot see the light on the indicator (on both models). The user can therefore conclude that there is no voltage at the point of measurement when in fact there may be a high voltage. If the user touches the point of measurement in this case, they will receive an electric shock.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 61243.
