Risk Description
The notifying country qualified the glue as a cosmetic product. The label of the glue for fixing the plastic nails indicates the presence of dibutyl phtalate (DBP) which is toxic to reproduction.The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.

Product Description
3 sets of plastic nails in different designs and colours, supplied with glue in an orange tube. On the tube of glue, dibutyl phthalate appears in the list of the ingredients. The packaging consists of transparent plastic and cardboard.
