Risk Description
According to the labels, the products contain ingredients, assumed to be Toluene-2,5-diamine, 4-Amino-m-cresol and 1,4-Phenylenediamine (PPD). The substances are only permitted in oxidative hair colouring products with coupler substances and can cause skin and eye irritation. The labelling, instructions and warnings are inadequate.The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
