Risk Description

The toy was broken during the test and small elements detached from the toy. These small elements fit completely within the small parts cylinder. The free length of cord is 640 mm and there is a strangulation hazard. The plastic bag used for packaging has an opening perimeter 600 mm (allowed 380 mm). The warning “Not for children under 3 years” is placed on the packaging but this toys is intended mostly for children younger than 3 years. The toy does no comply with the Toys Directive and the European Standards.

Who is at risk?

All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury. Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops. Infants and toddlers are at highest risk. Never leave plastic bags or soft materials in a sleeping area.
