Risk Description
Screws for holding isolating plate between unearthed metallic enclosure of motor, separated from winding with basic insulation only, and metallic guard, in case the screw become loose creepage distance and clearance for supplementary insulation is reduced to 1,3 mm. Creepage distance and clearance acc. to table 13 shall be not less than 4 mm. Internal wiring is in contact with the metallic housing of motor, which has sharp edge. The conductor is connected to the metallic housing of motor. Conductor is cutted inside the fan stand. Fan is provided with the flat cord and the plug for class II appliances. There is no provision for earthing.
