Risk Description
The mains cable provided with a switch is directly connected to the lamp holder. The luminaire assemble has only basic insulation and the wires are accessible by the standard test finger. If the insulation get damaged electric shock may occur. The cord anchorage is not appropriate. The dimensions of the plug do not comply with the standard. The temperature of the internal PVC wire was 79,1°C (while the maximum value is: 75°C).
