Risk Description
By the appearance of the product the purpose of the intended use is not obvious. This product is a novelty lighter according to the standard EN 13869:2003. There were no instructions for the safe use in Hungarian attached to the product. It can accidentally ignite for example in a pocket, or the flame may unexpectedly burn the user. It might also be appealing to children as well. Taking into account the normal use the lighter presents unacceptable risk for the users and may cause burning injury to them.
