Chemical risk. The erasers contain the dangerous substance DEHP bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate classified as mutagenic and toxic for reproduction in concentrations greater than 0,1% by mass. The eraser contains DEHP phthalate in a 43,1% wt/wt by content.
