Risk Description

The horn is considered to be dangerous due to high peak emission sound pressure level. The assessment of the risk was based on the requirements laid down:- by the Directive 2003/10/EC on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (noise) [in this case, at a distance of 10 cm: 157.2 dB(C)], - by the Toys standard EN 71, subparagraph 4.20(e) [— in this case, at a distance of 50 cm, approximately 144 dB(C)].
