Risk Description
Risk of Injury. The rung spacing may vary when the ladder is retracted what can lead to user’s fall. Furthermore, when the ladder segment locking bolt is operated, it may snap shut, trapping and severely injuring fingers against rungs or tubes. The warnings affixed are not adequate and the risk of entrapment should be precluded by the design. This ladder does not comply with European standard.
