Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- temperature controller and thermal limit control the same contactor which is not allowed since thermal limit does not work if the contacts of the contactor will weld to each other;- opening of the switch (contactor) is approximately 0.5 mm whereas the requirement is 3.0 mm;- locking hole is missing from the terminal part of the earthing terminal;- connection diagram is missing from the connection space of the product;- fixing devices needed to fix the product on the wall are missing;- instructions for use and installations and markings are unclear, defective and/or contradictory.This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the European Standard EN 60335.
