Risk Description
Laboratory tests determined that the chair has dangerously sharp edges which are accessible. The metallic parts and rigid polymeric parts of the seat have accessible burrs that could cause cuts or scratches.Unfolding of the chair presents pinching and shearing points. Further pinching and shearing points are generated when body weight is applied.This product does not comply with the Toys Standard and the Standard on outdoor furniture.One incident reported: a three-year old boy needed several stitches in a finger, which he cut when it got caught in the folding mechanism of the chair.
