Risk Description
Risk of injury and suffocation. The suction-tip separated from the projectile during the traction test, presenting two separate risks: because there is no any protection (suction-tip) at the end of the rigid projectile, it can be shot without any impact-cushioning surface, and could cause injuries if shot at a person; if accidentally swallowed, the suction-tip detached from the projectile could cause suffocation of the child if it lodges in the throat and blocks the airway, it being difficult to remove because it is difficult to obtain a firm hold.
