Risk Description
In a centrifugal test, the cutting discs failed well below the minimum fracture speed of 150 m/sec prescribed by the relevant standard. Cracks radiating from the metal ring are apparent on the front of the disc. The indications of intended use are contradictory, the mention of use for stone being accompanied by a pictogram for steel, which is not permissible. In addition the product had incorrect labelling.
