Risk Description

Due to various safety hazards presented by the product, it is extremely dangerous to operate and is likely to cause injury to the rider and to any other persons in the vicinity of the machine.In particular, it poses a risk of catching body parts/clothing in moving chain/sprocket and burns from exhaust because:-the drive chain and sprocket are not sufficiently guarded;-the wiring harness/electrical connectors are insecure and chafing on various parts of the machine;-the exhaust is insufficient in size to carry out its purpose; -there is no speed-limiting device;- the frame welding is poor and holed.
