Risk Description
This product poses a risk of explosion resulting from: - leakage of gas from gas regulator (lack of gas soundness) and - leakage from copper gas supply pipe as a result of foreseeable damage to pipe in event of over-rotation of burner head due to broken plastic stops made from low grade material. The gas appliance failed to comply with the European Standard:(1) broken plastic studs leading to damage to gas inlet pipe and ignition insulation wire,(2) the soundness test was conducted at 6 bar and during the test a leak was observed on the regulator,(3) key information omitted, (4) key safety, usage and maintenance messages were omitted.
