Risk Description
In a centrifugal test, the cutting discs failed well below the minimum fracture speed of 150 m/sec prescribed by the relevant standard EN 12413. Cracks radiating from the metal ring are apparent on the front of the disc. In addition, the product suffered from incorrect labelling.
