Risk Description
Product poses a risk of serious, even fatal injuries, if the car in which the child is travelling is subjected to a strong impact, as the child is not fastened securely enough in the seat.The product does not comply with the relevant standard UN ECE 44.03: the seat does not provide the necessary protection in any situation; once the Group 1 child restraint system is in place, the child can easily loosen the part of the seat that restrains the pelvis; the visibility of the weight range information does not meet the requirements; there are no clear pictures showing how the seat should be used nor a diagram permanently attached to the seat showing the correct way of fastening the seat’s straps.
