Risk Description
The sweet pulls away from the plastic holder with a force of less than 90N (Section 8.4) and fits wholly inside the small parts cylinder (Section 8.2). The test laboratory concluded that this product is not a toy and the CE mark should not have been applied. A second report from a Paediatrician concludes that this sweet is not a toy having no play value. The boiled sweet poses a significant choking risk to young children who will be tempted by its bright colour to place it in their mouth.
