Risk of electric shock. Insufficient electric resistance, under certain circumstances breakdown can occur between accessible metal parts and live parts; missing thermal protection device, under certain circumstances it can catch fire, emit smoke and deform; incompliant plug and cord anchorage. The iron does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards.
