Risk Description
Toy did not meet the requirements of pull test security of attachment (with reference to EN71 part 1) BS EN 71-2: 2003. The right eye, nose and the battery compartment catch all failed to withstand a force of 90 Newtons for ten seconds and detached, all released components were found to fit wholly within the small parts cylinder.
