Risk Description
During the drop test the side of the toy broke and the base of the toy with the metal jingling mechanism separated from the toy. In the case of one sample, the base broke off along with small sharp plastic shards. The jingling mechanism is composed of a slightly rusted cast-iron base, into which slightly rusted steel wires are inserted.
