Risk Description
The chassis of the product may become live. On some of the LEDs the insulating heat shrink sleeving was not pushed sufficiently far onto the leg of the LED to prevent access to the standard test finger. Three accidents reported to Argos (including: unit overheating, unit tripped circuit breaker, customer received "shock" - no injury / hospital treatment required).
