Risk Description

Toy should not burn longer than 2 seconds after the removal of the test flame. During tests the wig burned longer than 2 seconds and did not self-extinguish. The instructions for battery-operated toys were incomplete. The toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European Standards.
