The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 60.1 ppm polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH).According to the Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008) on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, the level of PAH may not exceed 0.5 ppm.
