Risk Description
The product contains arsenic and nickel above the permitted levels (measured values: arsenic: up to 17.6 mg/kg; nickel:up to35.9 mg/kg). In addition, the product contains zinc (measured value: up to 518mg/kg).According to the Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008) on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, the levels of arsenic should not exceed 2 mg/kg, whereas the nickel levels in tattoo inks must be as low as technically achievable as nickel has a high allergenic potential.
