Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains nicotine dosed at 1.7%, which falls within the "Toxic" category when the preparation comes into contact with the skin. However, the packaging does not have a safety label (no pictogram, risk-related indications, advice, tactile danger warning or child-proof safety seal). The user therefore has no information on the serious dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin.The product does not comply with the Directive 1999/45/EC on the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations.
