Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 12.3 % of Para phenylenediamine (PPD) which is classified as strongly sensitising. In addition the labelling does not include the warnings which should appear on products containing this substance.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
