The product poses a chemical risk because it contains azo dyes releasing 190 mg/kg of the aromatic amine o-anisidine (CAS n° 90-04-0) which is a substance classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic and sensitising.

Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains azo dyes releasing 190 mg/kg of the aromatic amine o-anisidine (CAS n° 90-04-0) which is a substance classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic and sensitising. According to the Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up' o-ansidine should not be present in tattoo ink.
