The product has an excessive concentration of hydrogen peroxide (measured value: 3 %). Hydrogen peroxide is harmful if swallowed and it can also cause irritation and ulcers when in contact with skin or mucous membranes. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
