Risk Description
Due to inadequate design, a plug of a class I appliance requiring protective earthing can be inserted into the socket which does not provide for the connection of the protective conductor. Additionally, the adaptor allows two plugs to be pulled out at the same time, and after inserting one of them into the mains socket, mains voltage appears on the contact part of the other (freely accessible).
