The product poses a risk of electric shock because :- construction of converter does not comply with the requirements for distance between primary and secondary windings for reinforced insulation,- clearances and creepage distances do not comply with requirements even for a basic insulation, - length of conductors enables bypassing of double insulation in case of connector release and a possibility of presence of mains voltage on exit connector,- part of cover in a form of mains plug carrying a live part does not pass the ball test by 125 C, - no compliance with the requirement on reinforced insulation between output connector and mains plugs, - power supply name-plate does not contain data about its type and its producer. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
