Risk Description
The live parts of the plugs are accessible when the plug is fully or partially connected to a socket. It is possible to insert a single pin of the plug into the adaptor. If only one of the pins is inserted into a socket, the user could touch a pin of the other plug and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
