Failure can lead to a break in the coupling between the towing vehicle and its trailer, which creates serious risk of accidents and injuries to other road users. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles nor with the Regulation on the approval of mechanical coupling components of combinations of vehicles.
