Risk Description
The product is insufficiently insulated. The protective conductor ends on the circuit board and is not connected to the metal housing. If the single insulation of the live parts inside the appliance is defective, the entire metal housing can carry mains voltage. The user could consequently touch live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 62109-1 and 62109-2.
