Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because the screws holding the hooks to the adaptor may become unscrewed, in which case the hooks could detach from the adaptor and the pram could fall off the chassis with the child in the pram. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1888

Product Description
The adaptor is mounted on the chassis when the pram unit is used. The adaptor is square shaped and has four metal hooks on top. Affected adaptors are produced in 2008 and 2009.
