Risk Description
The article has too many duds with and without fuse, users can ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. The product is not stable and may shoot in the wrong direction causing burns and injuries. In addition, the article has a too long fuse delay. This may cause the user to walk to the article too early with the danger that fireworks could hit the user, causing injuries and/or burns. Further, the fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which may result in the user being hit by the pyrotechnical effects and matter from the product. This can lead to injuries, burns and fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
