Risk Description
The product poses a risk of fire because:- isolating material is not resistance towards excessive heat, fire and crawling currents,- flexible cable can not be disjointed from attachment without getting permanently useless (during testing flexible cable shall be able to be disjointed), - flexible cable has insufficient diameter (0.69 mm2). When testing with burning wire the flame has occurred. The flame lasted longer than 30 s after the burning wire has been removed;and a risk of electric shock because:- under specific circumstances the isolation of the product can be damaged. Material which the product is made of has insufficient isolating attributes, - dimensions of the plug is incorrect, - marking is incorrect. This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant standards.

The product is packed in transparent plastic bag enclosed by paper label on which there are the name of the product in more foreign languages, trademark „LUCERNA“, model, art. no., EAN code, CE mark and data on distributor and manufacturer. On the typal label there are data: 10-16V, ~250V, max. 3500W, CE mark, trademark „LUCERNA“and warning - „do not intervene in a connection!“ Data on cable: H05VV-F, 3G, 1,00mm2.
