The product poses a chemical risk because: - the yellow material of product contains 17.8% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP), - the valve of the inflatable toy contains 0.13% by weight of di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP) and 1.13% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.

Inflatable swim ring made from yellow softened PVC with the text "MY BABY FLOAT” printed in blue. The toy is packed in a coloured cardboard box with a picture of the inflatable ring and the size: ±70cm ±-27½, names of products and warnings in various languages, symbol of age category (1-2) of children and other marking: THE WET SET, INTEX, #56575 on the back.
