Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because the shiny blue metallic material located on the yellow flower (bottom petal) and bug wings, in the case of Infantino Tag Along Chime Trio (Model 550-3092/150-3092), and on the very bottom removable ring in the shape of one petal, in the case of Infantino Activity Stackers (Model 558-202/158-202), can separate from the white polyester backing, coming off the toy in small fabric fragments. If the blue metallic material separates from the toy, it can pose an aspiration, gagging or ingestion hazard to young children.

Product Description
1. A toy with three figures – a sunshine figure and two bugs – suspended from a cloth wrap that attaches to a car seat or stroller. The item is marked “Infantino” on the top blue section. Products containing blue satin material are not part of this notification. 2. A pyramid made up of five removable activity rings fitting onto a soft cylinder. The very bottom largest ring contains the blue metallic material on one of the five petal shaped protrusions. A small yellow tag with “Infantino” is found on four of the rings (other than the fish ring) and the cylinder base. Products containing blue stain material are not part of this notification.
