Risk Description
The attachment plate of the accelerator pedal unit might bend, causing the accelerator pedal to detach from the vehicle body. This can cause the accelerator pedal to remain depressed, to prevent kickdown or to obstruct the brake pedal, increasing the risk of accident and injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
