The article has too many duds with and without fuse, users can ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. The product is not stable and may shoot in the wrong direction causing burns. In addition, the article has a too long fuse delay. This may cause the user to walk to the article too early with the danger that fireworks could hit the user, causing injuries and/or burns. Moreover, the sound pressure level is too high, which can cause damage to hearing. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
