Risk Description
It is not possible to determine based on available documentation that there are sufficient battery protective systems in place to prevent thermal runaway from occurring. If the product is charged and left unattended overnight, a fault may occur potentially leading to the battery exploding and a fire starting. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
