Risk Description
This product poses a risk of injury (falling, trapped/jammed body parts) due to the insufficient structure of the chair. In particular, - due to chair’s insufficient balance, there is a risk of the chair falling backwards and thus injuring the consumer;- given that hollow pipes are not covered, consumer can trap his fingers inside the pipes;- the construction of the chair does not guarantee durability and proper strength for performing seats and the backs’ support broke during a fatigue test. There is therefore no guarantee that chair will not fall back, to the sides or to the front.This product does not comply with the European Standards EN 13761 and EN 1728.
